What they got right and wrong
The outstanding view of Mt. Fuji made our stay truly memorable, and the onsen facilities provided a great way to relax after a long day exploring!
The dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options available during our stay, and some staff members were a bit unhelpful when needed.

Room had a fantastic unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony. The oversized room accommodated our family comfortably. The hotel offered a free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station, making it convenient for local explorations. However, the breakfast lacked variety and became repetitive after the first few days. Some staff were friendly, but a few were unhelpful, particularly when we needed additional pillows and were told they didn’t have any available. Cleaning could have been more thorough. The older decor was charming but definitely showed signs of wear. Overall, while the view and space were highlights, service inconsistencies were disappointing.

8/10
Man, that view of Mt. Fuji was straight fire from my room! Big vibes, huge space for the fam with four twin beds. Breakfast was alright, but coulda used more options. The onsen? Pure bliss after a long day. Overall, a solid stay, just hope they bring some more choices for breakfast next time.

Breathtaking views with great service
Waking up to the stunning sight of Mount Fuji was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs, including a room upgrade to enjoy the view even more. The on-site onsen offered a perfect unwind after a day of exploring.
While the dining options were tasty, I found the breakfast to lack variety, which made it feel repetitive. Additionally, the decor is somewhat dated, which might turn off some travelers looking for modern aesthetics.

The shuttle service is limited, making it hard to get around without a taxi.
